Grease Injection Unit has a Tank Capacity, Wellhead system of 290 litres (64 gallons) (76 US gallons), the Grease Pump ratio is 100:1, and a Recommended pump air requirement of 75 cfm, there is a Maximum air supply pressure of 150 psi and a Minimum air supply pressure of 100 psi. The system has a Pump max pressure set of 10,200 psi. An air hydro fluid transfer pump is provided, stored within the frame, this is used solely for transferring grease from 45 gallon steel drums into the reservoir of the grease unit.
